KH Roberts’ flavour creation, flavour delivery platform and system innovation and sensory science development activities are centred in the Singapore R&D Centre. With a committed interest and emphasis on innovation, we continually invest in innovation efforts and technical capabilities focused on delivering the best-in-class flavours to our customers.

Analytical Development

One of our key capabilities is the analysis of the composition of new flavours and ingredients to help in the re-creation of these new flavours commercially.

Advanced analytical equipment (e.g. GCO/MS) assists our Flavour Creation Teams in identifying crucial components for flavour development and creation projects.

The combination of technology and human senses allows us to develop complex yet authentic flavour profiles.

Our customers are kept up to date with the latest exciting new flavour innovations through a series of new concept presentations.
